This flavorful soup is full of delicious vegetables for a comforting meal that is
ready in minutes.

4 T. butter
2 T. freeze-dried onion
1/4 cup flour
2 cups whole milk or half-and-half
3 cups chicken broth
2/3 cup freeze dried carrots, reconstituted
2 1/2 cups freeze dried broccoli, reconstituted
1/2 t. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups freeze dried cheddar cheese, reconstituted
Melt butter in large pot. Sauté onions (no need to reconstitute).
Sprinkle the flour over the onions and cook for a minute.
Whisk in the milk and broth.
Add the reconstituted broccoli and carrots.
Add salt ,pepper, and dry mustard.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the reconstituted cheese and mix until all combined. Enjoy!
