Made from all freeze-dried food and a few pantry items, this hearty, tasty soup
will be your favorite.

1 1/2 cup Freeze-dried crumbled sausage
i cup freeze dried red beans
1/2 cup freeze-dried carrots
1 1/2 cup freeze-dried Celery
1 cup freeze-dried green beans
2 Tablespoons freeze-dried onion
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
8 oz Pasta, cooked and drained
16 oz tomato sauce
16 oz canned tomatoes
2 Tablespoons chicken bouillon
8 cups water, salt and pepper to taste
Add i cup quick-cook red beans to 2 cups water in a pot, boil for 10-15 minutes.
While beans are cooking, add the rest of the freeze-dried ingredients in large pot with 6 cups of water.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the pasta.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add drained beans and pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
