Assembling many of the classic Thanksgiving flavors, this meal is a great wy to get into the Thanksgiving spirit on your next backcountry camping trip, during an emergency, or for a quick easy meal!

1 cup freeze dried potato flakes
2 TB freeze dried milk
2 cups dried stuffing of your choice
½ cup freeze dried celery
½ cup freeze dried onions
l cube butter (optional)
4 TB dried cranberries
1-1 oz packet turkey gravy mix
I cup treeze dried chicken
1 cup freeze dried green beans (optional)
1 can chicken broth
Season with salt and other tavorite seasoning
Before beginning, add the chicken to 1 can of chicken broth for 15-20 minutes to reconstitute. Once it reaches your desired texture, saute on low the chicken, celery and onions in the 1 cube butter.
While sauteing, bring 5 cups water to a boil. In one bowl, mix the potatoes, powdered milk and 2 cups boiling water. In the sauté pan, add the stuffing mix and cranberries into the pan with other ingredients. Add 2 cups boiling water to the pan. Stir and let cook for a few minutes.
In the meantime, add the gravy packet to the remaining 1 cup water and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Split the food between the 2-4 bowls, spooning the potatoes and gravy over the top. Dig in and enjoy!
